Growing up in the Banora Point area, he attended Griffith University on the Gold Coast, earning a Bachelor of Biomedical Science, a Bachelor of Dental Science, and a Grad\u2014diploma of Dentistry.<\/p>\n

With extensive training and experience in endodontic treatment, Dr. Bulmer returned to Griffith University to complete his specialist training (Doctor of Clinical Dentistry) in Endodontics<\/a>. He is a member of the Australian Society of Endodontology and the Australian and New Zealand Academy of Endodontists. Dr Bulmer has had multiple publications in internationally peer-reviewed journals.<\/p>\n

Dr Bulmer greatly emphasises his patients’ experience and always ensures they feel at ease during their dental appointments. He then went on to work in the public dental system in Victoria and Tasmania before embarking on a career with the Royal Australian Navy, where he served for five years at the rank of Lieutenant including a position as Senior Dental Officer HMAS Cairns. During this time Dr. McDonald held a clinical supervisor role at JCU tutoring senior year dental students.<\/p>\n

As an Australian Dental Association (QLD Branch) Board Director (South-east), Dr. McDonald is passionate about engaging with and educating the wider community in the interests of promoting oral health and the crucial role that dental practitioners play in the early detection and management of disease as part of a holistic approach to health care. He is studying a Master of Science in Medicine (Pain Management) with a specialisation in orofacial pain. This is in addition to pursuing a Fellowship in Lifestyle Medicine. Dr. Dan Allan grew up in Victoria and started his career in the Royal Australian Navy as a navigator, air craft controller and boarding officer. \u00a0He finally settled on dentistry as his chosen path and studied at the University of Sydney before continuing to work as a dental officer in the Australian Defence Force travelling extensively with ships and troops through South East Asia and the Middle East. \u00a0In 2011, Dr Allan completed a one year residency in the Oral Surgery Department at the University of Western Australia. \u00a0He then took up roles in Darwin and Sydney working within various hospitals providing oral surgery services.<\/span><\/p>\n

In 2016, Dr Allan moved to the Coast with his family for the lifestyle. \u00a0He has worked in both private practice and been a clinical educator at Griffith University. \u00a0He has spent the last 5 years teaching the oral surgery Masters program helping to develop the next generation of oral surgeons. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Dr Georgios Papageorgakopoulos is a board-certified periodontist with 20 years of experience in gum disease treatment, dental implants, and surgical periodontics. Originally from Greece, he completed his dental degree (DDS) at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in 2002, followed by a year of compulsory service as a military dentist. In 2007, he graduated with a Master\u2019s in Periodontology from the University of Louisville (USA), having commenced the program in 2004, and became certified by the American Board of Periodontology in 2008.<\/p>\n

Dr George has held academic roles, including Assistant Professor at the University of Louisville and Senior Clinical Teaching Fellow at University College London (UCL). He has also worked in private specialist practices across the UK, Greece, and New Zealand.<\/p>\n

Now based on the Gold Coast, Dr George brings a wealth of knowledge in managing periodontal conditions, placing dental implants, and performing procedures ranging from regenerative treatments to complex full-arch implant cases. He is registered to practise in Australia, New Zealand, and Greece.<\/p>\n

Dr George is a member of the American Academy of Periodontology and the Australian and New Zealand Academy of Periodontists. He graduated from the University of Barcelona Dental School in 2005 and went on to receive his Master\u2019s Degree in Oral Rehabilitation and Maxillofacial Prosthetics followed by an Advanced Studies Diploma in Dental Clinical Techniques (Honors). Throughout his career, Dr Miralles subsequently completed advanced training with some of the world\u2019s leading dentists.<\/p>\n

As a certified Digital Smile Design (DSD) expert, Dr. Miralles has over 15 years of experience in providing comprehensive oral rehabilitation and advanced aesthetic dentistry, with a focus on creating beautiful and natural-looking smiles.<\/p>\n

Dr. Miralles is based in the Northern Rivers area and is committed to providing the highest level of care to his patients at Dental Implants and Aesthetics. Leonor began her dental industry journey in 2004, entering the profession as a dental assistant in Auckland NZ, it was in this role she found a passion for helping others and realised the role hygiene services played in the dental industry and most importantly, contributing to her patients improved dental health outcomes.<\/p>\n

Her passion for dentistry led her to study at AUT (Auckland University of Technology) for a Bachelor in Oral Health. She worked in New Zealand in private practice until early 2022 when she decided to relocate to Brisbane and enjoy the amazing Queensland weather and lifestyle.<\/p>\n

Leonor has a special interest in assessing and treating mild to moderate periodontal conditions and helping her patients to improve their oral health.
\nLeonor recognises that patient education is pivotal in order to influence positive behavioural changes and to create sustainable improved home care habits and to prevent periodontal or dental problems before they start.<\/p>\n

Leonor keeps herself up to date by attending seminars, conferences, online webinars and additionally acquiring and developing further learning to expand her knowledge specifically in dental hygiene.<\/p>\n

Originally from Greece, he completed his dental degree (DDS) at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in 2002, followed by a year of compulsory service as a military dentist. In 2007, he graduated with a Master\u2019s in Periodontology from the University of Louisville (USA), having commenced the program in 2004, and became certified by the American Board of Periodontology in 2008. Dr George has held academic roles, including Assistant Professor at the University of Louisville and Senior Clinical Teaching Fellow at University College London (UCL). He has also worked in private specialist practices across the UK, Greece, and New Zealand. Now based on the Gold Coast, Dr George brings a wealth of knowledge in managing periodontal conditions, placing dental implants, and performing procedures ranging from regenerative treatments to complex full-arch implant cases. He is registered to practise in Australia, New Zealand, and Greece. Dr George is a member of the American Academy of Periodontology and the Australian and New Zealand Academy of Periodontists.
